Customers are kindly requested to inspect their items upon delivery. Any damage, defect, or incorrect item must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
2. Returns
Due to the nature of our furniture and home décor products, returns are accepted only if:
- The item arrives damaged or defective.
- The wrong item was delivered.
3. Exchanges
Eligible items may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, subject to product availability.
4. Condition of Returned Items
Returned products must be:
- Unused and in their original condition.
- Returned with all original packaging and accessories.
5. Custom or Special Orders
Custom-made, special-order, or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
6. Refunds
